CTJGA Players
and Families:
Woodlake Country
Club, San
Antonio, Texas
Sunday March 19,
2006 Tee Times
Starting at
12:37
The time has
come to form
your teams and
enter Match
Three of the
CTJGA Junior
Team Golf to be
held at Woodlake
Country Club.
The entry fee
for this event
will be $35 per
player.
The format for
Match Three is a
little
different. Each
team will
consist of FOUR
players. The
team will play
together as a
group. Each
player will be
playing
individually for
medal honors.
The team score
will be
calculated by
taking the best
three scores on
each hole.
So form your
groups! Rally
the troops! We
are in the
middle of the
high school golf
season so here
is a chance to
get in a little
extra team unity
and spirit. We
are in the
middle of middle
school golf such
as it is. Here
is a chance to
get a tournament
in.
CTJGA Team Golf
has been formed
so that you,
your friends,
and your
teammates can
play more golf.
It is also
formed so that
the teachers of
the game can get
their students
together and go
test what has
been learned.
To enter do one
of three things.
Click the link
below and enter
on line. On line
entries have
first priority.
Only one on each
team needs to
make the group
reservation.
Just tell us in
the notes who
your teammates
are. The credit
card guarantees
your place in
the field.
Email the CTJGA;
dogrin@satx.rr.com.
I will need the
names of the
team.
Or you may call
210-872-7109.
Woodlake is in
pretty good
shape all things
considered. John
Clay our host is
doing his very
best to return
Woodlake to its
former glory.
Woodlake is the
site of Ben
Crenshaw's first
PGA Tour
victory. It is
well worth
playing.
Here is one last
note for middle
school golfers.
The Joe Caruso
Golf Academy
Challenge Tour
is also playing
Woodlake on
Monday March 13.
Call today:
210-492-7888 to
enter. The
Challenge Tour
is built for
middle school
golfers. Call

Thank you all
for your
interest and
support. The
CTJGA and the
Joe Caruso Golf
Academy in
support of the
Southern Texas
Section PGA,
First Tee, and
Golf San Antonio
intend to make
sure that all
junior golfers
in Central and
Southern Texas
have many high
quality events
to play. Visit
www.texasjuniorgolfer
to keep up with
junior golf
information.
Thank you and
see you at
