June 29, 2006 - Austin, TX: The First Tee of Austin is hosting a  “Parent/Child” Tournament, Saturday, July 1: The Second Annual Parent/Child will be an alternate shot format. Youth may play with a parent or any adult family member. The event will be a 9 hole event, flighted. The field will be limited to the first 27 teams and will be a shotgun start at 2pm. Cost is $30 per walking team and includes green fees, range balls, lunch prior to play and prizes. If the team would like to ride in a cart, please add $15 to the entry fee.
